The service

Arther provides AI chat, image generation, web research, and an agent that can draft apps. Features, models, and limits may change. Output can be wrong — you are responsible for how you use it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware, or attempts to break the service.
• No generating sexual content involving minors.
• No scraping, reselling, or automated abuse of rate limits.
• Respect other people’s rights in prompts, uploads, and published work.

Your content

You keep rights to prompts and files you submit. You grant Arther a license to process them so we can provide the product. Generated output is provided as-is.

Plans

Free, Plus, and Pro limits are described in the product. We may change quotas. Subscription billing, if enabled, is handled by the listed payment provider.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Arther is not liable for indirect damages or losses from relying on model output.
